Coaches Burger Bar

Today I visited Coaches Burger Bar at 5529 Mahoning Ave, Austintown, OH 44515. I was impressed with my visit. I ordered the Sideline Fire Burger featuring pepper jack cheese, Jalapeño, and spicy sauce. I found it tasty with just the right amount of heat. I also enjoyed the fries. I would definitely visit Coaches again if I were in town.

Best burgers. I’ve had a lot of burgers in my life, and this is up there in the top 5. Patties are thick and juicy, bread crisp on the outside yet soft and fluffy. Fries were a bit soggy and oily, but the burger makes up for it. Absolutely will return.

Food was amazing. Our waitress Andrea was amazing! She was always checking on us. When she gave us our checks she said it was her first night! She was amazing! Highly recommend!!

Great food, good atmosphere. The waitress was awesome, especially with our son. The milkshakes are amazing. It’s never super busy so you can get in eat and get out in a reasonable time.

Had the worst experience here today. After waiting 45 minutes for our food in an almost empty restaurant, our server came to our table and asked us for our order all over again. She blamed it on the bar being behind and our order being similar to someone’s at the bar. A few minutes later the manager came to our table and said that the server never put our food order in because she didn’t write it down and forgot what we ordered. (She did write it down..) So after waiting another 40 minutes for our food, we ended up taking it to go. We got home and realized that we didn’t even get everything that we ordered. I understand things happen, but this was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. I will not be back.
