Had an amazing experience at Frankie & Jo’s this weekend. Incredible customer service and super helpful on letting me know what is in the ice cream and detailed on how the flavors taste like. The employee who helped me out was Lara and she was very nice, patient, and great with kids. Highly recommend this place to anyone in the area either visiting or a local resident.

Amazing vegan ice cream. The shop itself is very small, can fit about 2-3 customers inside, no indoor seating. They have set flavors and rotating seasonal flavors, and are always willing to provide samples. The mint brownie and strawberry milk flavor are my favorites. Got a cone this visit which tasted a bit stale, which I was surprised by since at the Seattle locations the cones are always super fresh. Next time would only get a cone if they're being made fresh. There is plenty of outdoor seating in the shopping area.

I had such a great experience at this ice cream shop thanks to Lara! She were super friendly, patient, and made great recommendations. You could tell she really cared about making sure customers were happy. The service was fast, the ice cream was delicious, and their positive attitude made the visit even better. It’s rare to find that kind of genuine customer service these days. Definitely made my day!

So good Brown sugar vanilla ice cream! And this place is Vegan, 100% gluten free! They opened it because they wanted to reduce their dependence on animals. I will definitely be back for more ice cream here.

We absolutely love Frankie & Jo’s ice cream—ever since we first tried it in Seattle, we were hooked. When the Marin location opened in July 2023, we were so excited and have been coming regularly ever since. But after nearly two years, it’s honestly baffling how poorly this location is managed when it comes to inventory. They’re always sold out of so many things—most frustratingly, the waffle cones. It doesn’t matter what day of the week or time of day you come, the answer is always the same: “We sold out earlier today.” This has been a consistent issue since the shop opened, and at this point, it just feels like they don’t even try. And we’re not even talking about seasonal flavors—it’s the basics. Imagine going to a gas station and they’re constantly out of gas. That’s what this feels
