Fountainside Restaurant & Lounge

I’ve visited Fountainside a few times now, and overall my experiences have been great. The food, drinks, and atmosphere are always enjoyable, which is why I continue to come back. I also want to recognize a bartender named Dajuan who made a great first impression on my very first visit. My family and I came in close to closing time, and even though the restaurant was winding down, he still took care of us with A1 service and went above and beyond when he really didn’t have to. That kind of hospitality sticks with people. During one visit I did have a small concern and reached out about it. I was honestly surprised by how quickly Donnell (GM) and Ken (manager) responded. The food was absolutely delicious fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The drinks were just as impressive, with a great variety and perfect balance. I came on a Thursday it’s located inside double tree hotel buts OPEN TO THE PUBLIC What really stood out to me was the customer service everyone was so warm, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. It felt like they truly cared about making sure we had a great time. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending FOUNTAINSIDE to friends and family!

I recently had an experience with the management at the Hilton, and I felt compelled to share my thoughts. Manager Wayne Manuel demonstrated a strong level of professionalism and attentiveness while overseeing operations. He was responsive, approachable, and clearly committed to ensuring that guests and staff were treated with respect. It’s always refreshing to see a manager who takes the time to listen, address concerns, and work toward solutions in a calm and respectful manner. His leadership reflects positively on the Hilton brand and contributes to a welcoming environment. Overall, the experience showed that effective management truly makes a difference in the level of service guests receive.
