Foster's Grille

It took a few minutes for us to figure out how to order. There are menus and pencils to the right of the door. You fill out the menu, then take to the front desk to place your order. It was a Sunday, so multiple football games were on. We chose a seat, based on the game we wanted to see. The TVs have Great views, But it will change channels after a few minutes. I think maybe it’s on a timer. This sucks, because then we weren’t in a good position to see the game we wanted. I had the fish and chips, the fries were Very greasy. The fish was greasy as well, but I pulled off the breading, and the fish was tasty underneath. My cherry coke, was the best part of the meal. My husband had a Beyond burger, salad, and Hush Puppies. Not impressed. The food was “ok”, nothing special. The buffalo chicken salad I ordered came with 5 small strips of plain chicken (see picture). It was not buffalo chicken, just plain, dry chicken. When I said something I got a very small container of hot sauce, not buffalo chicken sauce. Not a typical buffalo chicken saled by a long shot. The ordering system is bizarre to say the least. You have to fill out a “ticket” before going to the counter. (See picture) The ticket list no prices nor does it include all the items so you end up having to order from the counter anyway. There were only 2 people ahead of me and it took 10 minutes because of the confusion with the ticket process and the person taking the order at the counter. Foster’s Grille in Prince Frederick is an absolute gem! Their burgers are hands-down the best around—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection every time. Pair that with the coldest, crispest IPAs you’ll find anywhere, and you’ve got a winning combo. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed, and every visit feels like a treat. Highly recommend!

The burger was good, the chicken strips were so overcooked and super rubbery(my kids wouldn't finish it)and my order was wrong and the place is packed and the line is too long at dinner time to go up there to get anything else or even get my order correct so two stars it is. The logistics of the place is weird, you grab a ticket and check off all the items you want then you get in the one line they have that everyone orders food through so you literally wait in line for 15-20 minutes to order your food then you go sit at the table until your food's done and if you need anything you have to get back in the long line so if you order a beer make sure you order two because it's not worth getting back in that line and waiting. Sadest cheese steak I've ever had. See picture. Not worth the money. Burger was good. Except looked like it was thrown together. Place had a hidden charge verses cash for those who use debit cards.
