Fortuna Bakery & Coffee - Windermere

I ordered the croissant bacon, egg + cheese sandwich, and it definitely hit the spot. The croissant was perfectly toasted. It was flaky on the outside with a soft, buttery interior. The bacon wasn’t quite as crispy as I personally prefer, but it was still packed with flavor and paired nicely with the fluffy, well seasoned eggs. The Columbian cheese really brought everything together with a creamy, savory finish that tied all the flavors in a satisfying way. Customer service was excellent. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, making the whole visit smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back to try more from their menu!

The food is very good and very fresh. Perfect for anyone who misses their typical Hispanic food from their country. The atmosphere is great and very nice.

We were excited to taste the products and were definitely satisfied with some surprises. Along with Pistachio cake, Tiramisu cake and latte with tiramisu, we ordered some savory items like chicken empanadas (one of those was gluten free empanada). The GF empanada was good from outside but the chicken inside was sour with stale, smelly. Definitely it was spoiled, I hope I don’t get stomach issues. It may be one rare instance but a bad surprise for me. Otherwise, experience was good.

Laura at the Windermere location was great! She took her time to explain all the variety and answer all our questions regarding our selections. Come and try the Columbian and Venezuelan Empanada, Chocolate and Caramel cake and iced coffee drinks! Quiet, comfy place. lots of charging ports. Try the Aji Picante salsa! paired with the pork belly chicharon, OMG!

I came all the way here from Orlando - Dr. Philips area and they have onky 4 cakes available out of one I picked but Oscar ( employee ) said he can’t write happy birthday on it. He refused to help with few other options I asked rudely. Untrained non polite only employee working at this location. Wasted my time and gas on special occasion.
