I dont know who the lady is name Angie i think it's her name but she is so rude. It's your job to help people understand what's going on with there bill not hang up the phone on them. People like you just have to let God deal with but Rosie was a little more helpful

My past experiences coming here to pay my bill has been great but when I went inside the service was bad . I was in line to do a payment but the African American lady with bangs straight up ignored us . But told the others “are yall doing a payment” when they weren’t even in line . Only cause it was her own people of race . Then she wants to catch an attitude when she attends us.

Having Ms. Keisha and Mr. Baldwin representing this company is an honor and a privilege. They were most helpful and understanding and very accommodating to my needs. I experienced an issue with my bank courtesy of the New Scammers edition, and had no idea my payment that showed it went thru actually didn't. It was reversed and not back to my account, mind you that was 2months ago. They tried to get in contact with me to inform me that the payment was reversed. I never got the info. When I went online to pay my current that is how I found out. By now the bill looks undoable BUT GOD, and with the compassion and hospitality F.V.U. showed restored my hope in humanity not just as a customer. I feel like my issue was taking personally and I feel like family. God bless you All

Small town corruption at its finest, I had been out of my place of residence for over 3 months and each month of me being gone, my bill was 200+! But how when NO ONE was in the home. I called to see what was the problem. I was told if someone came out that would be a$ 25.00 service fee, at this point NO ONE can convince me that this small town isn't corrupt. How is it possible that the Housing Authority, maintenance man can check the gas meter, when there's more than enough work to be done in those rundown units.
