Customer Reviews
Knoxville is really sleeping on Forno Grill. This is a hidden gem with a friendly staff and great food. Haven’t had a bad meal and always find myself craving their pizza. While I will never state that anywhere has the best of anything bc there are different styles for different folks, I will say this is a more frequented spot. We know will get quality food each time we order. Thanks Forno.
Not impressed at all. You order at a counter like a fast food restaurant. Get your own drinks/refills. Other than bringing the pizza out they don’t do much. The pizza looked good but was mediocre at best. The crust was the only thing that was really good. The sauce and meats had no flavor. 1 medium supreme pizza and 2 drinks was $25. We won’t be back.
Great spot in Farragut, mostly takeout it seems, we were about the only ones choosing to dine-in. Pizza - 8.5/10 - I've had better but definitely had worse. Quality of toppings was mid. Garlic Knots - 9/10 - great flavor and cheese inside, not a ton of butter or garlic. Pasta - 8/10 - feels like they stay much busier with pizza than pasta.
Care. There is not one person who works there that doesn't want to do whatever they can to make the experience the very best. The staff scan the tables anytime they walk by, make eye contact, ask if they can do anything, rare in today's restaurant workers. Barely ever a wait for food or drink, all 5's in our book!! Food is tops, best authentic Mexican food in town. This location is our weekly agenda!
The food here was great. My kid wanted spaghetti and he got what he wanted. I had the cheese ravioli and it was delicious. My wife got the baked tortellini which was better than my dish. The food is expensive and the atmosphere seems like a slow fast food which is why service got a 4 star. The tvs played some weird content. We were there on a Saturday during football so not seeing football games was a negative. It was also dark in the restaurant so 3 stars on the atmosphere.
