Food Truck El Quetzal

I heard so many good things about this place and was truly disappointed when I went on my lunch break to get steak tacos. Now I definitely should’ve checked my food before I got it, but with the amazing reviews, I did not, but I was given chicken tacos. When I brought the tacos back untouched and let them know that I was given the wrong tacos and would like my steak tacos I was told no, and a bit of a back-and-forth was had about giving me my money back because that’s not what I paid for. I paid $13.78 For three steak tacos and only got back 13.50, the cashier threw my money at me and slammed the food truck window. Terrible customer service & terrible energy WOULD NOT RECCOMMED!

My husband and I noticed the colorful truck today just driving on Reisterstown Road towards Painters Mill Road. I immediately said turn around let’s go back, and I am so Glad that I did! Our food was hot, delicious flavorful, and worth every cent and more!
