Food Terminal (Alpharetta)

Food Terminal boasts an extensive South Asian menu, with a definite Malaysian bent, in a relaxed and informal atmosphere. The food is excellent. Some highlights include: - Beef Rendang: one of my favorite renditions of this complex and very flavorful West Sumatran dish - Chicken Satay: flavorful and creative take on this popular Southeast Asian dish, comprised of chicken skewers and a rich peanut dipping sauce. But give me more sauce! - Roti Canai: very flaky and soft South-Indian style flatbread - Honey Butter Shrimp: so flavorful! We spent $307 for an 8-person meal, including gratuity (no alcohol or dessert). Our server, Ray, was very attentive and courteous. It turned out to be a wonderful meal. Highly recommended!

One of the best places to enjoy Southeast Asian cuisine. We live in North Cumming but we drive 15 mi to dine here whenever possible. My wife and I love their Nasi Lemak Curry, Tossed Noodles, Garlic Fried rice. There are vegetarian options (Tofu/Mushroom) in each category. Atmosphere is really good and the place feels upscale. Highly recommend if you like Thai or Malaysian cuisine.

Good quality food, food felt extra spicy this time (my kids couldn’t eat the mango chicken and they usually love it). Spicy beef soup was just super spicy and I can usually handle my spice so just a warning. Gratuity included for a party of 5. Seems a little silly considering a robot brings your food out, but that’s just me. I feel like a party of 6 and up is more reasonable so just a heads up. Overall a little bit of a miss for us this time.

We love to come here every other weekend for our local favorite curry laksa, thai chilli pan mee, bbq chicken, hainanese chicken, noodle soups, nasi lemak, sambal okra, eggplant, roti canai, hot plate fried rice, everything is good on the menu!! Wish there was yong tow fu too!! So glad there is an Alpharetta location, thank you!!

Good restaurant with varieties of food items . I like the Malaysian cuisine... Especially Curry Laksa... It has got the aromatic flavor and once you take a bite. The taste just explodes in mouth, craving for more.
