Food Lion Bakery

Ordered a simple birthday cake with only 2 different colors. When the lady repeated my order to me on the phone I had to, or I tried to correct her twice about what she had written down. And I clearly told her what I wanted and she said that's was fine she would explain that to the lady doing the cake. Great! I also gave several examples of things for the color. (One color). And I wanted black trim. Well when I got there to pick the cake up I thought they brought the wrong cake. There was no black on it anywhere and then the main part of the cake was 2 different colors alone and then a different color trim. None of it I asked for. They even showed me the paper she wrote on and it said black trim... Anyways not sure what she was thinking. Nothing at all like I asked at all. And no
