Food Equipment Company, Inc.- Greenville - Greer S.C.

I’ve been a customer of Food Equipment Company for about 6 years. The service has been pretty good good up until now. On September 17, 2020 I purchased an oven that costs almost $4000 for my restaurant and Catering Company as the one I had caught fire. On September 24, 2020, I contacted the manager (who I have built a working relationship with) to let him know that the seal was coming apart on the inside of the oven and the door was hard to open and we had to slam it to close it. He stated that he would send someone out to take a look at it. Someone came out and found that the plastic had melted and it should have been removed upon delivery. The individual cleaned it up and he stated it should be fine now. I have called back several times and left several messages about the same issue. Fi

This is a restaurant equipment store. If you need it they have it or will get it. Huge showroom of used and new equipment.

I have bad experience on this company that’s one is like only for make money. I have $2200 for equipment buy from this company and who sell me the equipment. The guy told me if you’re not use it so I take the returns then I go to return for the equipment then salesperson told me I don’t told you like that so all salesperson is lying to customer
