Ladle Me This

Truly delicious European-inspired soup. Perfect portions for lunch. Take out was easy and owners friendly. Will be back for sure!

WOW! If you’re a soup person. You have to try Ladle Me This. I did not respect the flavors to be so bold or the cooking to be so delicate and perfect. Veggies and meat were seasoned amazingly and I already know that tomorrow, I’ll be ordering lunch for the next week in advance. Try the lentil soup. You won’t regret it!

Chef Marco makes AMAZING soup. I am not a soup guy, but this is really good! He even offers samples. The soup is meaty and hearty, with lots of flavor. From all natural ingredients. (We share the kitchen, and I watched him make it). Honestly I don’t even have a favorite I like them all. My family loves them too!

We found Ladle Me This and were intrigued by the European style of soups. We called ahead to see if any soups had been sold out (we had seen on FB that sometimes the soup sells out). Two were sold out but we are excited to try any of them so we happily went in. Goulash had sold out however, there was enough for us to sample. Amazing. Hopefully one day we can try it with full European spices but honestly, the goulash tasted like a warm hug on a cold day. We ordered Italian Wedding and Knödel. The Italia Wedding was very good and the Knödel was out of this world. I accidentally drizzled some of the lemon juice meant for the Italian Wedding into the Knödel and it rocked. Marko was a delight to meet and chat with. We cannot wait to return!

Wow!! Hands down some of the best soup I’ve had in a long time. Rich, flavorful, and clearly made with care— not just thrown together. You can taste the quality in every bite. Comfort food done right. If you’re a soup lover, this place is a must-try. I’ll definitely be coming back. Amazing!
