Food City

Food City is my main place to get any groceries because of the great prices and the friendly faces that I see on a regular basis they have very good deals on everything and the best one of the bunch is Carrie!!! She deserves a raise for sure! She always goes the extra mile to help people and always has a smile on her face to make your day a little better

This Food City went Above and Beyond. I HONESTLY can NOT brag on this place enough. The workers have hearts of Integrity and Outstanding Morale. Specifically with Ashley, Sara and Taylor. Backstory: I came here to buy some Yogurts for my Grandfather, some sushi, honey, and Water because they had a killer sale. When I got there, there was plenty of parking. Walked in and grabbed a cart, and started my shopping. Whilst my Shopping, I guess my Son threw my Designer wallet out from the cart without me Realizing it lol!! 😂 Now, mind you, the wallet itself is expensive and it had $300 cash in it, ALL of my Credit, Bank Cards and ID. IF this would have gotten into the wrong hands, my Life would have been in shambles for a while. Here I was in the Honey section doing my thing, and all the sudden

It's your average food City, usually packed at all times of the day. We always find a parking spot somehow. Barb is the best, she is the old lady who works the customer service desk

I hadn't shopped here in quite a while.Inside and out of store was clean. Large parking lot. Reasonable prices. Friendly cashier and the bagger will offer to carry your groceries to your vehicle. Overall, A nice grocery store. UPDATE JUNE 2023 stopped in for ice cream that was on sale. On the way out I noticed some beautiful orchids & flowers for sale. I will add the Pictures.

I use to shop here alot but lately ive been going to Middlesboro. I hate to say but it isn't the same since (manager) Mike left, if they didnt have something he made sure it was there the next time you came in. He was so nice and understanding. I cnt find much I like anymore. I use to buy all the made salads each week til they changed the bacon to the soggy fat bacon(ewww). No strawberry cheese mix,no just blueberry granola pre-made yogurts. They are all mixed soggy fruit. It seems both Food Cities one in Tazewell,Middlesboro dnt have much to choose from with blueberries and strawberries anymore. I wish they wld have a grill like Middlesboro and their deals on foods.
