We visited Fontana at the Biltmore for New Year’s Day brunch, and while the experience was pleasant overall, it didn’t meet expectations compared to previous visits. In the past, the brunch buffet felt more elevated and generous. This time, the variety was very limited, and the overall food offering felt like a step down in quality and selection. The fixed price of $55 is fair, but for that cost, we would have preferred either a broader buffet or more à la carte options to choose from.
