Folk Art Restaurant Inman Park

I had a business meeting with a mentor at Folk Art recently and I was pleasantly surprised at how much I like the spot. I had never been here before despite having lived in Atlanta since 1986. There's plenty of parking in the back which is unique for this part of town. The atmosphere and decoration is very eclectic and unique for a diner. For me the best part was the excellence service by the staff. Everyone was friendly and very professional and checked in a good amount to make sure everything was going well. I had their very unique sweet potato pancakes, which also has some buttermilk, with strawberries and whipped cream as well as some banana soaked in some syrup and with walnuts. Sweet Potato Pancakes; absolutely AMAZING!!! Eggs Benedict with spinach and fried green tomatoes; absolutely SPECTACULAR!!! Awesome menu, unlimited choices. The only artwork better than that donning the wall space were the entrees presented by a friendly and engaging staff. It was obvious they take great pride in customer service and the dishes they serve. If they could be given more stars, I’d still be typing… Definitely will patronize again!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast here. The sweet potato pancakes were light, delicious, and perfectly cooked. The vegetable omelette was fluffy, flavorful, and very satisfying. The coffee was great and paired perfectly with the meal. Our server was attentive, pleasant, and made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be back for breakfast.

Very impressed by this lil joint! immediately met by some of the friendliest service i’ve had the pleasure of experiencing, shoutout Mark! Delicious cup of black coffee and a fresh and crispy Veggie sandwich i will 100% return for. Perfectly cooked over easy egg and a nice greasy cup of breakfast potatoes. cute interior and pleasant music, not too loud but not too quiet. make this a priority on your breakfast, brunch, and lunch lists! bravo, folk art.

The food was amazing! I met some friends here for brunch. We all ordered something different and shared. The sweet potato donut holes, short ribs, sweet potato pancakes, grit balls and fried green tomatoes were yummy with a capital YUM! Super chill atmosphere with the hits playing in the background (loud enough to hear but not so loud as to be distracting). Our waitress was so nice and other workers were friendly which made our meal super fun. I highly recommend Folk Art!
