Experience/Environment: Bar and stool area for single or overflow dining in the grocery area along with full added dining room — one of the ones that looks like it was added to have “outside dining” during covid. Both nice. Very Portland to have grocery in front of house so if you like the fish you ate, you can buy a piece and take it home with you lol Price: To be expected. Everything was super fresh so naturally you’re paying for the fresh ingredients. Food: My clam chowder was hearty and delicious. It comes with bacon so remember to ask to leave out if you don’t eat it! lol. I forgot to do so but with that said, the bacon pieces were lean and meaty. Fish and chips were nicely golden and flaky. I’m not a huge tartar sauce fan however, the hot sauce choices on the table were a great ad

What can I say about this place in space other than they care about their seafood, sourcing and help keep their customers, educated and happily satiated with the quality of their offerings and the freshness of their seafood. It's both a restaurant and a fish counter and it is a special little nuggets for food, service and atmosphere.

It’s been a long time since I’ve had fish and chips this good! The batter was perfectly light and crisp, keeping the fish tender and juicy. The chips were INCREDIBLE, golden, crispy, and absolutely addictive. The grilled salmon sandwich was also outstanding, cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. Highly recommend and I can’t wait to come back for more!

Wonderful oysters selection before Christmas. Great customer service and smart to give an extra oyster or two because not everyone in the bag is perfect. The wild scallops were amazing. Great selection of all types of seafood

This popular fish market and restaurant is quaint and the food is delicious. While you're waiting try out the hot sauces at the table. My favorite was the green one. If you love it, too, you can buy any of the line in the market. We had the sablefish and the fish and chips. If you've never had sablefish, you've got to try this. It tastes delicious and melts in your mouth. This dish would be especially good if you want more of a light summer food fare. It comes with spring veggies which round out the dish. Oh, and the fish and chips??? The were not oily, the portions were great and they taste great! The 'chips' resemble jojo's, but don't let them fool you. These chips are the perfect blend of soft inside and really crunchy on the outside. They taste buttery which makes them sup
