Fluffy Fluffy Dessert Cafe

Tried fluffy pancakes and croffles (croissants + waffles) for the first time. The pancakes were light and airy. The croffles were buttery and flaky. The Biscoff on the croffles took it to another level! The frappes were creamy and sweet, especially the Oreo (our favorite). The strawberry wasn’t as sweet but still great. You can order protein as an additional side, though the portions aren’t that big (we added regular bacon). Everything was cooked to order and the wait time was not long. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Coming back for more croffles!

I’ve seen soufflé pancakes online and have been dying to try them. They definitely lived up to the hype! My wife and I got the Tiramisu pancakes and the strawberry, both were superb. Very fluffy and jiggly. The strawberry was lighter flavored and less sweet, the tiramisu was sweeter and richer. My wife got the Peachy Lime Oolong and loved it. I got the Thai Tea and really enjoyed it as well. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Service was FAST too. We were eating 5 minutes after ordering. Couldn’t recommend any higher. You’ve got to try this place.

From the smells when you walk in to the beautiful aesthetic, this place is 10/10. The staff was friendly and the overall vibe was comfortable and welcoming. The fluffy pancakes were something of a dream. We tried the traditional pancakes, but can’t wait to try some of their specialties! Will definitely be back and will refer to friends and family!

These pancakes are SO good. Both flavors were incredible and the pancakes are the most amazing texture. The lattes were good as well. All made to order. Cute restaurant with fun chairs.
