Florida Department of Health Office of Vital Statics, Birth & Death Certificates

OK, so I requested a long form of my marriage certificate, one that includes previous marriages. What I received was the standard form without those prior marriages. But... I called the department (no time on hold!) and they are so nice, got everything straightened out.

I arrived late. So I just wanted to ask some questions for the next time. One of the girls answered most of my questions she was nice but kept looking down almost like she was on her phone. The one next to her was rolling her eyes and at one point said it’s always something in the his place. Why is that necessary? No one was talking to her so I’m not sure why she felt the need to say that. When people go to this type of places they don’t go for fun they go out of need. They need to have more empathy when working in this places if you hate your job then change it.

Waited over an hour and still have not been seen people who came after me went in and left already.

I asked a question and this lady at the front wants to have an attitude wit me.

Great staff in the Department of vital statistics! I want to express my sincere appreciation to the staff who work day in and day out under the pandemic to assist us (Framingham, Ma). Special thanks to Mr. Danny Irwin and Mr. Felipe Lorenzo-Luaces, They take time to process our requests and reply to us in a fast manner. Kudos to all !
