Food was really good, everything and the portion is big too. Had the house omelette , two eggs on a roll with sausage, berry pancakes. The atmosphere was beautiful and cozy and the what top the most of our visit is the service, its phenomenal. You'll feel welcome. Our server Katherine she was so friendly and warm. Highly recommend and will definitely comeback.

Absolutely delicious grilled skirt steak sandwich. I would say the best I’ve eaten. Just be sure to select medium rare as your meat temperature to do justice to the quality of the steak. Other mouth-watering choices are the grilled steak quesadilla and the grilled steak taco.

Been coming here since they first opened and I am very happy that their business has grown a lot over the years. They truly deserve all the success. Recently I got an omelette with their potatoes and it was sooooo good and very filling! I have also had their Nutella waffles before and they’re so yummy and fluffy.

We brought my mom here to celebrate her 79th birthday, and the experience exceeded all expectations! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. Our server—a wonderful young lady from Colombia—truly went above and beyond. She made the day extra special by surprising Mom with a complimentary lava cake topped with ice cream, then led the team in singing "Happy Birthday." It was such a thoughtful, heartfelt touch that brought smiles all around. I'm terrible with names, but her warmth and attentiveness made the celebration unforgettable. Thank you so much for making Mom's milestone feel so cherished—we'll definitely be back! Highly recommend Florence Prime Diner for special occasions or just a great meal with exceptional service.

We visited on Saturday, October 18, to celebrate both my birthday and my daughter’s 11th birthday, and everything about our experience was absolutely wonderful. The chicken soup was outstanding—rich, flavorful, and full of fresh vegetables. It tasted exactly like homemade chicken soup, the kind your mom would make when you were little. The broth was perfectly concentrated, and for that delicious soup alone, I give five stars without hesitation. The coffee was excellent—fresh, smooth, and never bitter. The staff offered refills generously, whi
