Fletcher's BBQ Shop & Steakhouse

This is the second time I have visited Fletcher’s for lunch. The first time there I had a delicious pulled pork sandwich and I couldn’t wait to return and taste more of their BBQ. Today, I had a BBQ platter with “moist” brisket and ribs. It came with corn bread, pickles, hot peppers, baked beans and coleslaw. I was disappointed with most of the meal. The brisket was exactly as described and it was very flavorful. The ribs had a nice bark and good flavor but were dried out due to being over cooked. Corn bread very dry. Beans had a likable flavor but were a bit too “liquidly” for my liking. The coleslaw tasted just like cabbage - there didn’t seem to be any dressing mixed in. This place is awesome! The food was delicious. We got the Brussel sprouts and burnt ends appetizers and both were good size for sharing between 3 people. Two of us got platters which had a ton of food and includes a bunch of sides if you like a sampler style dinner. I got the Cobb salad which came with thick cut bacon made in house and it was phenomenal. They had a very unique and fun cocktail menu too. The menu is a little pricey but worth it in my opinion if you’re looking for a place with great service and food.

Our server Joe was great! He is very attentive to patron's needs. He made great suggestions and was knowledgeable about the menu. This was our first time here and we will be coming back again. The coleslaw was really gross, hence the 4 stars.

We started with the burnt ends and patty melt bites. Both were delicious and flavorful, suggestions from the waitress. The food was great. I shared the three meat platter with brisket, pastrami and the ribs. All were very tasty, pastrami was a little salty but was warned ahead of time. Decor in the place was festive, a pink christmas tree, nice touch. Place was clean. Will definitely be back - also great selection of beers.

I can't say enough good things about this place! The atmosphere was great, the food was amazing and their creative drink options are fantastic! Our server, Zachary, was very engaged and provided the best service and reccomendations and he just had the greatest personality. You must go and try the burnt ends- they melt in your mouth; we cleared the plate too fast to take a picture! We can't wait to go back with friends and family :)
