Fleetwood Bakery Shop - Mt Vernon

I was told over and over again how good the strawberry shortcake was at this bakery and I actually got a really good cannoli cake from there about 2 or 3 years ago. So I went for my mother's birthday a little cake for $40 which is kind of outrageous but it's for Mom and she loves strawberry shortcake. I figured the whipped cream would be real. The whole thing was awful The whipped cream was thick and not fresh whipped cream. The cake was crumbly the strawberries inside were minimal and more like a gel than fresh. And I found the black hair in my piece. Very disappointing I wish I would have went to Delite. The service was great The girls were sweet. The bakery looked and smelled delicious but none of that matters if the cake is awful. It was just awful I can't believe I wasted $40 on that

Ordered a black forest cake for a birthday, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The cake looked fantastic, and tasted even better.

I ordered a baby shower cake from Fleetwood Bakery in Mount Vernon, and they absolutely nailed it! The whole experience was seamless, and they even delivered it right to my home, which was such a help. The cake itself was blue velvet with a cream cheese filling, and it was unbelievably soft, moist, and flavorful. Everyone at the shower kept asking where it was from! The design came out exactly how I envisioned it, and the attention to detail was beautiful. I’ll definitely be coming back for future celebrations. Highly recommend Fleetwood Bakery for any special occasion!

Fleetwood Bakery cakes, pastries and customer service is Amazing! I’ve had so many of their desserts and I must say very delicious. I’ve had customized cakes made by them where others that have tasted my cakes ask who made it. They’re that good!
