Our first time here. Long time residents that don't live close. Holy cow! The wings are amazing. Habanero Mango and Buffalo Mild. Cooked perfectly. Would recommend extra crispy. Ordered sweet potatoe fried, again cooked perfect. They weren't undercooked and squishy, I like them crisp. Met the owners son. Super friendly, funny, and engaging. Overall a great experience and will recommend to everyone we know. Thanks for a great time.

Flaps and Racks delivered a solid experience from start to finish. The ribs were the highlight—tender, smoky, and packed with flavor. You could tell they were made with care, and they didn’t disappoint. What really stood out was the service. The woman at the cash register was exceptionally attentive, taking the time to walk us through the menu and answer questions without rushing us. That kind of hospitality goes a long way and made the visit feel personal and welcoming. The atmosphere was relaxed, the food hit the mark, and the staff made us feel right at home. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely return to explore more of the menu. Go support this local gem! Open more (south east) next! 2 weeks later, I ordered $150 worth of delivered wings, ribs, and corn ribs. Excellent for the birthday!

Hungry after a flight pick up we decided to try this place on a Sunday mid afternoon. I was surprised at how busy it was given the time of day. We ordered a salad, a chicken sandwich combo and some onion rings. Food came out quick and was made to order and fresh. The onion rings were GREAT. We will come back to try the wings!

This was absolutely delicious. The ribs were perfectly cooked and the sauce of the month was amazing. The wings were big and super juicy and flavorful. The Mango Habanero sauce was amazing and had actual chunks of mango in it, which really set the flavor off. Highly recommend going here. Not the most convenient because I live up on the north side of tucson, but absolutely well worth the trip, and the prices are also great for high quality food. Staff was also helpful and very polite. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
