Excellent food and great Flavors ,the meat was so delicious and tender. There was about a 25 to 30 minute wait time but well worth it. We ordered cracked conch with fries & Fried fish fingers with cabbage and white rice . ❤️ ❤️❤️❤️

My first time ordering and was not disappointed. The conch fritters were tasty with conch in every bite. Crack Conch with rice was seasoned well! I’ll be back again to try something else!

I was told it'll take 20 min but I waited an hour. Even the customers shook came after me felt bad for me and the amount of time they were witnessing me wait. 1 employee tried advocating for me because of his long I was there but she got hushed. The food for the most part was pretty good. The shrimp dinner which cost me roughly $25 was uneatable. Shrimp weren't fresh and I would figure freezer burned also that's what seems to what was taking so long because it was the last thing ready. I can't even describe the texture. I was very disappointed. Instead of just returning my money because they knew that shrimp wasn't any good and dug out the freezer, they cared more about the $ than a returning satisfied customer. The food was excellent. The conch fritters were large, and delicious, but could have had a little more conch in them. The Cracked Conch dinner with beans and rice, cabbage, and macaroni was heavenly. The Red Velvet cheesecake was very delicious. I’m definitely going back again and again.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent order. As a frequent customer, I visited your establishment yesterday and ordered ribs, which I enjoyed. Today, I placed another order and specifically requested Bahamian style crack lobster five times. However, when I received my food, the Bahamian style were missing. I called the store to address this issue, but I was informed that nothing could be done except for an offer of a dessert. Considering I spent $60 on two plates, I found this response unacceptable. I believe the error lies with the person who took my order. Additionally, it is standard practice for a replacement order to be fresh if an item needs to be taken back. Unfortunately, due to this experience, you have lost a good customer. Pls note untouched plate attached
