FLAME RAMEN（Downtown）

The food was delicious, came out of the kitchen fast and piping hot! Very good service, quick and efficient. Overall, a very nice place for lunch or dinner.

Solid ramen. We went right before closing and were served promptly! I wish they had more selection in terms of spice options and drinks but otherwise I enjoyed my meal!

I had the tonkatsu with pork belly at spice level 2. The broth was great, and noods were cooked perfectly.

I am a regular at this shop, even more since they do a "build your own" ($9 + options) during normal lunch hours, the texture of all the ingredients including the ramen/udon is on point, and the taste of the broth is awesome, only thing that I will give it 4 stars is the spice level.... they do have chilli oil but even after adding 4 extra cups, it's not even spicy, if you don't care about spice, from all the different menu options/styles i've tried here, I recommend this place, over 10 visits and counting !

The noodles and the soup can definitely being improved. The soup tastes like made with power and it was not that creamy as their picture. I’m somehow disappointed.
