Customer Reviews
Ramen here is absolutely outstanding. We tried the **Vegan Paradise** and a custom **Chicken Ramen** (Shio broth with karaage chicken), and both dishes were flavorful, well-balanced, and satisfying. I was interested in attempting the ghost pepper challenge, and the staff kindly allowed me to sample the spice level beforehand — which I greatly appreciated. After tasting it, I decided not to proceed with the challenge. It is extremely spicy — truly HOT, HOT, HOT! The service was excellent — friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience. I would definitely return and highly recommend it.
This was definitely a great experience. My family had never tried Japanese cuisine and this was definitely an experience we’re coming back for . We ordered the Red and Black Tonkotsu Ramen, the Steak Yakisoba, the Chicken Fried Rice, the Chicken Karrage and the Pork Belly Bao Buns . Everything was exploding with flavor and super delicious 😋
We visited for dinner and had a great experience. We truly enjoyed our meal, and the fries were especially delicious. Our server, Dewi, provided excellent customer service and was very friendly. We will definitely continue to visit Flame Ramen on Union Ave whenever we’re craving ramen.
This place was actually really good overall based on the food, service and atmosphere. The food was pretty good I had the shio ramen bowl lowest spice level and I swapped out the pork for chicken chashu. The only bad thing about this place is the location because it’s tough to get in the parking lot and there is only about 6 spaces to park.
Absolutely delicious! Best ramen I’ve had; truly. We also had chicken bao buns. The chicken was fantastic and the bun was soft and fluffy. The ramen was full of flavor and the noodles were a good texture. There is not much seating. We had a bit of a wait, maybe like 15-30mins when we arrived on a Friday evening to dine in. It was packed and so was the pick up orders. Which only made me want it more. I was not disappointed.
