Five Guys

If low sodium is your thing, this is not your place. If perfectly shaped burgers on identical buns is your thing, this is not your place. If absolutely amazing fries and a burger made any way you want, that literally throws you back to every childhood BBQ or burger joint, is your thing you need to go here immediately. I love 5 Guys in general, and this location is wonderful. They're happy and positive right off the bat. The place is clean and bright. The food was quick and perfect. You really cannot ask for more!

Waited over 10 minutes even though I had called ahead. 3 people came and were given their orders before me. When I finally asked for my order, the server started to park. My fries fell on the floor. I told him to cancel it. He picked fries that had sat there for a while. I guess someone else’s order and insisted that they had been there a minute. Got home and they were the most stale fries. I believe they had been there for a while. They were cold!!!

i just had a really strange experience at this five guys. i was going to use the women’s room (as a woman myself) and for some reason the multi stall womens room was locked, moments later after i tried it a man who WORKS THERE comes out of the locked woman’s room. i at first assumed he was cleaning it but he had no cleaning supplies, and upon further inspection it was clear he had gone in there to use it and leave it in fact more messy and frankly, smelly. i’m all for people using the bathroom they’re comfortable in, but this was clearly a man using the woman’s room thinking no woman would catch him and not a gender preference situation. i’m a grown woman, but young girls shouldn’t have to worry about grown men who work at the establishment being in the multi stall bathroom. i’m extremely

Something is lacking at this place. Bo wonder there's no crowed at all. Servers have an obvious fake approach towards customers. I wonder who trains them to be like that but it's not genuine way of serving, but still professional.

Never been to Five Guys much before. Needed a little something to eat and it was the only fast food close. Got a small cheeseburger and water for almost $10. That's a little pricey but it was good for a fairly plain cheeseburger. We also had a few free peanuts while we waited.
