Five Guys

It was a cool Saturday and I was definitely feeling for a burger. I know Five Guys makes some great burgers and decided to try them. I didn’t realize there was one in my neighborhood and so I went there. When we got there it was a bit crowded but then the crowd started to thin out. Service was fair. The place and seating a lil bit cramped, but food was definitely great. Made to perfection. Would eat here again but maybe do a take out. What I loved most is that I actually got to saw them cleaning down the tables and chairs after people left. That was my highlight. Thank you for doing that young lady. I appreciate this place more for that.

We tried Five Guys’ dine-in service for the first time. The price seemed a bit high for the experience. The person taking our order didn’t offer any recommendations or guidance on the menu, and our order was still incorrect. The burgers were decent, but the fries were soggy. Considering the price, we expected better quality.

I’ve never been treated so badly at Five Guys. The employee calling out the order numbers was flat-out nasty, hostile, and acted like customers were an inconvenience. He barked numbers with attitude, rolled his eyes, and spoke in a disrespectful, sarcastic tone that was completely uncalled for. It felt uncomfortable and embarrassing just standing there waiting for food I paid good money for. This wasn’t “having a bad day” — it was outright unprofessional behavior. No amount of decent food makes up for being treated like garbage. Management seriously needs to address this, because customer service like that will drive people away.

This is by far the best Five Guys burger I have ever had. I have been to many others here in NJ and out of state, but this Five Guys make the burgers to perfection in my opinion. The customer service is great also, the people who work there are polite and accommodating. Even though it's a little bit out of my way I will continue to keep going there because they always make the burgers the way I love them.
