Five Guys

Ive been coming here for years and like this location a lot, but I have never seeen this before. I ordered a burger All the Way, with jalapenos, but only received jalapenos on my order. Bizarre.

Yes, I had a problem last week with my food at five guys in Swansea mass I called in today after work and the manager was nothing but nice and helped me out and actually remade my food for me. I thought that was very nice of him so I wanted to say keep up the good work and thank you very much for your help and for rectifying the issue

The fries are disgustingly salty could not even eat them even with sauce

I’ve been to this Five Guys in Swansea a few times over the summer and honestly… it might just be the best one out there. The staff are super friendly, the vibe is always welcoming (families included), and every time I walk in, the place is spotless. I mean, even the high chairs for the kiddos are sparkling clean — parents, you know that’s a rare find! On top of that, they always seem to have a pretty rad playlist going, which makes the burgers and fries taste even better. It’s the little things, but it really adds to the whole experience. The owner and management team should be seriously proud of this crew — they’ve set the bar high for what a Five Guys should be.

This is what a large/small fry gave me, seriously? If you’re goin to raise prices then I expect you to fill my bag.
