Five Guys

Went in with my husband and kid yesterday for lunch. Clearly ordered my food with a large extra fry. Left a $6 tip before waiting for my food. They left out a large fry I clearly asked for and I offered to buy another for myself. The guy was rude and questioned me asking for a large fry then the employees decided to snicker back and forth and act like I didn’t deserve good customer service. I waited for my large fry as I watch my family eating from a distance. I got served soggy uncooked fries loaded with salt. As I went back to ask for good fries they didn’t even say sorry just snickered again. As I was waiting for fries first in line I watched as the first batch of fries came out and they served them to the ones behind me in line. I asked why I didn’t get served they said they needed a s

The BEST fries, they're so good. Amazing milkshakes and great burgers too! Not too greasy, but still feels like a treat!

Had never tried Five Guys before this visit. All in all, it was good. Super friendly and helpful customer service and clean restaurant. The burger was pretty great, but I must say their choice of buns for such burgers is off... they could be so much better with a more legit bun. The moisture of a dbl burger made my bun like a wet sponge. Tasty burger though. Great French fries. Similar to the good/great fries Wendy's used to have a couple years ago. Free peanuts Parking here is pretty limited at this location. Not good if you have any sort or larger vehicle.

I was greeted fast, and able to place my order in a timely manner. I ordered a cheeseburger and a salted carmel shake and they both we're delicious. The restaurant was extremely clean and staff was very friendly. This location is easy to get to off Interstate 5.

Walking into Five Guys is like stepping into a fast-food fever dream, loud, chaotic and unapologetically greasy. But let's give credit where it's due: the customer service is outstanding. The staff are so patient they could probably charm a grumpy cat. We were one of the groups that were in <30 minutes to close and they did not rush anyone! Impressive! Now, about the food. The burgers? They're like the high school jock, big and bold! The fries? Phenomenal, especially the Cajun! If you’re here for stellar service, you’ve hit the jackpot. The staff deserve all the kudos they can get! THANK YOU!!!
