Five Guys

Absolutely disgusted w the way we’ve been treated. I was served a burger w a moldy bun. I got an attitude from an employee when I called to complain. I reached out to corporate and still nothing has been done to this day to rectify this situation, it’s been over a month!!! Do not eat five guys!!!! I have spread the word to my family & they know never to eat or our age anything from here again.

Clean environment and welcoming staff with outstanding human customer service experience. Burger arrived in aluminium foil -(don’t know the special reason but I could guess: to preserve the earth or preserve the freshness, just ask them if you wanna know) I’m here to eat. Lol Burger is delicious. Tastes fresh and the bacon 🥓 real crispy. Have the benefit of adding desired toppings at no extra cost. Well recommended if you’re in the area and fancy great tasty burgers 🍔

We stopped at the Shelton, CT FIVE guys last night after a high school football game! What a shame, from the moment we walked in the door to the minute we walked out. 1st, they tried to give us a burger that had been sitting on a spatula (we saw when we walked in) they put it back on the grill and put cheese on top. When questioned about it the response we got was, huh? Then we ordered a shake, the cup wasn’t even 1/2 full, when questioned about that we were told “we are out of shake cups, this is what you get” $7 for a 1/2 cup….. seems odd but ok! Then we ask to speak to the manager on duty. The kid working with us kept looking into the back, then says how about you come back another time. We said, we would l like to speak to someone now. I was just at the 5 guys in Shelton CT and I have to say it was the best burger I ever had and they did the fries the way I like them. Staff were so nice and friendly and they gave me a awesome experience so I had to do something for them and put it on social media and tell people how good the Shelton CT 5 guys is. So thanks to the staff who work there.

Good food; a little bit of sticker shock at the lights prices. I'm used to much lower prices. Including a few pics to show the prices for others who may be traveling to the area. Employees were very courteous and helpful. Food is consistent, no matter what location you choose.
