Literally the most pleasant staff interaction I’ve ever had at a 5 guys. The woman who took our order was extremely friendly and me and my sister enjoyed the banter immensely. The triple burger was a fantastic special!
Haven’t been to Five Guys in a while and stopped by to grab a bite while in Vermont. After being in a car for close to 5 hours, the cheeseburger and Cajun style fries with a diet Dr Pepper vanilla was a perfect combo. Decided not to get a milkshake but sounded delicious. Also grabbed a plate of peanuts while we waited for our order to be ready. People came in and out but I believe we were the only ones dining in. The amount of fries they give you is ridiculous; could never finish it. Good old classic that never fails.
2 out of 4 orders were not we ordered buy they were very friendly. Good burgers. Eastcoast version of in-n-out. Though price is much higher. Place was very cold....catering to skiers. Overall good experience.
Called in a simple two little cheeseburger order (and they weren’t busy only two people in the place) one had four toppings other three yet they screwed one up. OK not end of world but it got worse from there. I HATE onions didn’t order onions so why on one of the burgers it had a big fat onion chunk squished into top of bun no clue. The fries were SO salty and soggy we ate four or five and threw them away. And what’s up with the fat onion chunks on burgers? Usually burgers have sliced or diced onions not big fat chunks.
Can rarely go wrong with Five Guys! Price is a bit steep but Five Guys is higher quality compared to traditional fast food. They over salted their fries and they were borderline inedible. They replaced them for me without a struggle and the new batch was perfect. No notes.
