DoorDash order 3 burgers, 1 fry, 1 water $68+ (incl $5 dasher tip). Requested extra napkins & ketchup with note were eating in the hotel. NO napkins, no ketchup, fries were old. Disappointing & expected more for > $60. Burgers were correct & pretty good (a little dry)but not worth the $. Order was received in reasonable/good amount of time.
We had a disappointment tonight. 5 Guys is one of our favorite resturants although we haven't visited in a while due to the distance from our home. Tonight the fries tasted artificial. Not the regular potatoes that we have grown to know and love.. they tasted like frozen fries. Please tell me what changed ? Are the potatoes GMO or something? Is this an experiment to cut costs ? PLEASE... Bring the original, fresh cut, real potato fries back!!!!
Good service and great food.
The food is great; however, special food instructions/requests are typically not adhered to. The store itself is always clean also.
Hamburger was good, but the service was not the best. Parking lot is on the side you walk into the shopping center to get to Five Guys.
