Five Guys

My husband and I just had the best burger, fries, and milkshake everrrrr!! The cashier was super friendly and very professional I wish I had her name!! The entire staff was great, restaurant was clean and inviting!!! Great job five guys!!! We will be stopping by more often!!!! Appreciate you all!!!!🥰💯💕🌞

Absolute worst customer service I have EVER rec'd. Yes, it was sleating outside. Yes, beyond slammed inside, happy bday 5 guys. Yes I was 20 min behind when order was placed. Yes I was told to wait 15 mins and with all the above, sure. Yes I went up and asked and on third attempt, low and beer hold, my food was sitting there THE WHOLE TIME... Any other location

Went to 5 guys tonight. The burgers are sooooo good. The fries on the other hand.... I was watching the guy make them and the Cajun seasoning container lid fell off and the seasoning POURED into the fries. I got distracted but naturally assumed he would toss those. He did not. This is what we had when we got home and started eating. I love a good Cajun fry but this is bonkers. I also wanted to email the owner or boss so I didn't have to post this publicly, but I couldn't find contact information.

It’s been awhile since I’ve been here, a few years. It doesn’t matter hoe long it’s been or which location, everything is always delicious. We stopped in after shopping on Black Friday and so glad we did. I do ask for no salt on my fries and season to my liking. 10/10

Just a good burger. Love that you can get topping for free. From ketchup to fried mushrooms. The fries are great. Made in house.
