Five Guys

Staff is cheerful and very helpful. Just remodel their spot it looks great. Service is great. Food is cooked right there infront of you and they actually focus highly on cleanliness and food safety (changing gloves before touching other things, paying attention to meat temp) things u hope other restaurants are practicing but you never know while you eat at those places.

I've always been a fan of Five Guys, and over the years have visited multiple locations all over Massachusetts, as well as Nashua, NH, but hands down, my favorite has become Pittsfield,MA. Why, you ask? The crew! The second you walk in the door, no matter what's going on outside of those doors melts away as you are greeted warmly, and honestly you just kinda want to hang out with these fellas. I truly appreciate them! I know I can go to any location and get good food, but the smiles and personalities at this particular location bring it to a next-level experience. The location is always clean, bright, and the music is at just the right volume, loud enough to keep the vibe fun but not so loud that you can't hear the person next to you.

Love the staff here. Always super friendly. The food is simple burger your way and fries. Food is delicious -- always a ton of fries!!

This particular Five Guys my grandparents take us to. It is clean every time, the service and atmosphere is spot on, and the food is just amazing . Five stars.

I've been to several 4 guys and they're all great. The employees at this one were particularly friendly though. This day was the last of a particularly long, stressful week. All I wanted was a burger, fries and a peanut butter bacon shake.... and they delivered!!! A little costly for 2 little burgers, little fries, regular drink and a milkshake but everything is expensive....
