Five Guys

The whole point of Uber is so I don't have to go to the restaurant myself. It does not mean; however, I'm looking for my order to be wrong. Three out of 4 times I have ordered fries from you all, I have received regular instead of cajun. Just called about it a few minutes ago. I gave 3 stars because I still like 5 Guys and this location. Other than this issue customer service is good. If you all could please pay more attention. Thank You.

Used to be whole lot better, service was ok but no one was paying attention to customers 😕🥰burger seems smaller and more expensive ,thanks still 🥰

One of my favorite hamburgers of fivr guys is bacon cheeseburgers, always the same flavor and the very well executed preparation, when I am in the USA it is obrigatory stop, a classic!

I had a craving for French Fries. Never been to Five Guys. Small fries with tax was about $7. Left without ordering anything. Went down to the Burger King nearby and got medium fries for about $3.50. Just not going to pay $7.00 for a SMALL order of fries. Sometimes you got to put your foot down and draw a line in the sand. 🤣 😁

Order # 47 Date: 01/07/2026 Time: 3:45:08 PM Web Order Our food was on the counter ready for pickup, but she wouldn't give it to me until the other worker came out, presumably to bag the fries and complete the order. I waited for ten minutes while my food sat there. No apologies or anything. Upon leaving, I found out that they completely forgot one of the three burgers. I didn't have time to go back. These two women did not represent the high standards that Five Guys carry. Very disappointed. Food is good but could be better, customer service was so-so, location is clean, but from what I am seeing in the reviews, they get orders wrong.
