Five Guys

Burger and cajun fries were great!!! AC must be broken because it felt like the heat was on! It was cooler outside in the sun than in the restaurant!

Awful. Worst experience I have ever had. Burgers weren’t hot. Cheese wasn’t melted. Got sautéed onions. They were cold and still crunchy. Fries were awful. Not hot. Not salty. It was like we were not even at Five Guys. Take a look at that location. Employees were eating fries while cooking. Absolute train wreck of a location.

5 guys makes the best burgers I have ever had but the one thing I can’t stand about them and this goes for every place for the most part. Melt the friggin cheese in my burger! If I open my sandwich and the American cheese is still shaped like cheese and cold that means it could be even better if you just put the cheese on a couple seconds earlier! This goes for Peabody diner, dunking donuts, almost every place I get a breakfast sandwich!! MELT THE CHEESE! 😝

⭐️Imagine this: You’re hungry for 5 guys, debate on paying the absurd prices they charge and decide to go for it. You drive 10 minutes there, place your order and start to wait. 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes… where is my food? Finally after waiting 20 minutes I received my “bacon cheeseburger” that I ordered with lettuce, pickles, ketchup, onions and jalapeños. I drive 10 minutes home and opened it up. Mind you we’re at 40 minutes of my time and $18 gone now. This sad, pathetic looking burger is what I got. It is 9:00 on a Wednesday. There are at least 5 people working. There is no excuse for that, it’s laziness and incompetence. I had a feeling due to the excessive wait time something with this crew wasn’t right. Take your money somewhere else.

This was, in my experience, one of the best quality Five Guys burgers I've been to. I wish the prices were lower, but I appreciate the quality. The burger here had a nice char on the meat and the jalapenos were fresh and plentiful
