EDIT 12/2023: They remodeled! All new dining area, with high top tables, wheelchair accessible seating, and Coke Freestyle. Most importantly: the peanuts are still there! Five Guys - the BEST! Impossible to top the world's best fries - ingredients, "potatoes, oil". Made to order, everything fresh. Restaurant always clean, and the friendliest Five Guys ever. It's sad that Smashburger would even attempt to open one of their inferior establishments across the street. Five Guys rocks!

I come often to five guys. I know thr amount. Its pretty generous and at times can fill 2 people. I got regular fries and it appeared less than what it should be. I thought maybe they got it wrong .I asked the lady who filled it if this is regular? I opened my bag and said is this really regular?? Without looking inside bag she says yes and goes about her business inside kitchen area. Ignored it seemed. I was with my kids and we had swim class really soon. I was thinking maybe they padded the fries down really well. Got to car and really it was just a handful. $6 of regular fries...literally a handful of few fries which also weren't filled cooked through. Kids were hungry. Picked n choose which to eat of the 5 to 6 they could eat and rest went into the garbage. Please just be fair.

I knew the place during the initial time of the virus, where you could just pick up the food and enjoy it. Now that I had the opportunity to enter it was not pleasant, the food is not of good quality, the fries seemed like the leftovers from the container, the hamburger did not have a pleasant taste and the pickles did not look fresh. I had to clean the table and chair to sit down because they were all dirty.

I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and it was fresh, juicy, and definitely filling. If you didn’t know, you can actually ask for extra cheese or bacon for free, which makes the burger feel like a better deal. I also tried the fries. They were tasty but leaned too crispy and didn’t have much of that soft potato inside. The restaurant and bathroom were clean, which I appreciated. Only downside was the napkin situation. There weren’t any near the condiments, so I had to go to the counter to ask. Prices have gone up quite a bit. The bacon cheeseburger came out to about $13 before tax. Not cheap, but if you're in the mood for a big, customized burger, it's still a solid choice.

Unfortunately won’t be returning to 5 guys, it’s a shame because my son loves this place but for the recent price hike ( yeah we noticed ) my order totaling over $50 id at least expect to actually get a burger! They have totally cut back on the quality of the product that made them stand out from the rest once upon a time, nothing to see here just a paper thin charred to a crisp “burger” 😐 two starts because the fries are still on point I guess 😑
