Five Guys

I went to five guys burgers and fries this afternoon my girlfriend around 2 PM and when we walked in the nice manager lady in the black shirt was one of the nicest women I’ve ever had taken my order out of five guys in my life. She took our order with pleasure and assured us when we cash out she was going to put gloves on and prepare our milkshakes herself! Service with a smile took the food home and it was phenomenal. She even gave me extra Cajun fries spice. This lady deserves all expenses, paid a vacation and five guys corporate!

Showed up late and my mobile order for pickup was still 30 minutes late... idk if its rocket science but definitely not intelligence. Coming from a man who helped managed food trucks, a crew of 2 with 10 sqr foot can do laps around these people

I was told 15 min for my small take out order.. I show up in 20 because they have never had my order ready on time.. it took over 40 minutes for my order to be ready. I walked in, the person at the cash register asked if I had a take out I said yes then walked away and never came back. Now I’m waiting 5 min for someone to even come over so I can pay. THE GIRL WITH GLOVES ON PREPARING THE SANDWHICHES COMES OVER, TAKES MY MONEY & HANDS ME MY CHANGE, NEVER CHANGED GLOVES & GOES BACK TO TOUCHING ALL THE FOOD! What an animal, to do such a thing especially with how dirty money is! Everyone in there waiting for their food was extremely pissed off about how long the food was taking. The guy doing the fries, was throwing an absurd amount of Cajun spice on the fries to the point I couldn’t even eat

Placed two orders online. Only one ready. Rude employees. Had to replace order. Waiting 15 minutes for a grilled cheese. Never again at New Hartford will I place an order online.

The food is always good but we arrived at opening. (Only 8 minutes ago) Not a single one of the tables has been cleaned. I'm not a germaphobe but for all the tables to not have been cleaned in between closing last night and opening this morning is kind of ridiculous.
