Five Guys

I have been eating five guys for years and the value just isn't there anymore. I have had my order messed up multiple times at this location and the final straw was getting homr and finding out my $26 burger and fries didn't even have a bun. Just a deconstructed mess in a cold aluminum container.

Five guys used to be great deal and good food. It was always expensive, but they have shrunk their burger size by 15 to 25% and you no longer get a good portion of fries. Shrinkflation in action. Not worth the cost any longer. It's too bad. Meal for 2 kids and 2 adults, 75$

I do a lot of good delivery and there is a clear difference between the employees at 5 guys burgers and other places. The staff here was smiling, laughing, being nice to each other and customers. I enjoyed my brief but memorable ordering experience. Thank you to the employees for making an amazing burger for me tonight. IT WAS DELICIOUS

Five Guys is a national burger fast food chain, known for its freshly made burgers, toppings and fries plus peanuts. This location has a lot of parking outside, with about 20 or so tables inside. The staff are super friendly here. Just like all other locations, they cook your food to order and allow a good amount of toppings. Always get the little fries because they just dump more in the bag and it's always enough. Pricing is high but portions are OK. Overall, it's a little off the main road but a good place for lunch.

I get places MIGHT be understaffed but there were 4 employees working at 11:15am on Saturday and we were the only people in line. Other people did come in after us. We had to ask male manager to turn the music down it was so loud. As he asked his female manager (who couldn't hear him)to turn it down she snapped at him and told him no because she was grilling burgers. We asked again when they gave us our order to turn it down. Employee #5 that just clocked on agreed and turned it down. The counter where they give us food was very dirty, smudged and greasy....11:15am on Saturday!! They were out of ice in both freestyle drink stations. No coke or diet coke in one of them. Hand sanitizer on the wall either was out or just didn't work.
