You can’t beat the homemade French fries here. And such a huge amount! I like the free drink refills and condiments are easy to retrieve. It’s good that you can easily get a single or double burger and all the add in’s are free! The decor is full of history of the chain and the service was efficient and the order taker was patient and pleasant. I wish they used real cheese in their grilled cheese sandwich. The free peanuts are a nice start while you are waiting for your order. This is a very casual place. Again, the French fries!

Stopped on a long road trip. Food was really good, but facility needs an update. Cashier employee was very polite. Water in men's restroom didn't work, my husband had to use the women's. Ketchup dispenser was empty, no grilled mushrooms, tables needed cleaning.

Burgers were great though the fries were soggy and not very good.

I wait 30 minutes just to find out my burger was ready 15 minutes ago but the girl didnt check when I asked her. Food is decent but service sucks. No sorry nothing man

I ordered a bacon chessburger wraps in lettuce and this is what I got. This has to be the worst burger I've ever received from five guys, very disappointed 😞 for their outrageous price for their burgers i expected better, I know I've definitely had better from them.
