Five Guys

The friendliest guy took our order the last time we came! Seriously, I don't think I've ever met a friendlier person. It's always a vibe here, clean and smells amazing! The burgers are yummy, always a bit messy but that means they're good right?? And the fries are always overflowing which is awesome. And this time we got a cookie pieces and filling shake. Yummy! 😋

Came here for dinner with our granddaughter. It was not busy. However, while we waited for our food there were several orders picked up. It was door dash and online orders. I was surprised how well the staff handled everything. Our food didn't take long and it was real good. I love these fries! A little disappointed with the pricing, our ticket was $60.

Decent burger but was an absurd $30 for fries, burger, shake. Ordered online. Website said order ready in 5-10 minutes. Arrive at the 10 minute mark and then wait for another 20. Had only one person working the kitchen while 2 other employees stood by and chatted. Only 2 other orders before mine when I arrived. Reached out to their customer service as they requested. The regional manager assured me that he would make things right. Went on to mention that the expected time for online orders is 8 minutes. Its now going almost 2 mo ths since the regional manager contacted me promising to make things right. It still hasn't been resolved. For $30 and the awful service I received from both the staff and management I can easily get a better experience elsewhere and will never recommend 5 guys.

The customer service is always great. The burgers taste fantastic with the ability to customize. The smallest order of fries is enough to share with two people. The fries tend to be salty, so use plenty of ketchup or fry sauce. There is usually a wait time so be forewarned. Update: I had a lettuce wrapped hot dog and their fries are gluten free.

Its 5 guys they're always amazing food was correctly made and packaged unlike other food places you go and know to always double check. Hands down 5 guys is one of the best burger places. Got a large fry double bacon cheeseburger and a double cheeseburger with everything chefs kiss 🤌
