Five Guys

Worst food that I ever had!!!!!! I’ve never felt so taken advantage of…..Seems to be rushing to make the food with a very little crowd.So pathetic the cheese on my 6 burgers for my family of 5 wasn’t melted and cold. The burgers were the worst I’ve ever ate.. literally 4inches in diameter and like a skin of a burger for 11.79 a burger Over $90.00 for cold small burgers which were small and thin, In the screen shot pictures in the post is what a typical five guys burger should look like what happend

Five Guys is decent. The burgers are tasty and fresh, and the fries come in big portions, but it can feel a little pricey for what you get. Service was fine, nothing special, and the atmosphere is pretty standard. Overall, it’s an okay spot if you’re craving a quick burger and fries.

Patty Melt was so disappointing. They took a hamburger bun and turned it inside out??? Yellow american cheese food, gross. Gave it 2 stars cause my husband liked his burger. Fries were soggy. On top of this mediocre food was the bill $32 for 2 burgers 1 fry and 1 soda

I had a great experience here today. I accidentally placed a Grubhub order to the wrong location because I didn’t have the correct address saved. I came into this store thinking it was the right one, only to realize my mistake. I’ll admit, I was a bit short with the register clerk at first and asked if he could please hurry up and make my order given the situation. Despite that, he remained incredibly polite, patient, and professional throughout the entire interaction. To my surprise, he kept his cool and had my order ready in less than five minutes. The staff here are truly amazing and very accommodating. I really appreciate their service. Love this place — great people all around.

The food and service is always great with Five Guys, which is why I gave every category five stars, but tonight I was disappointed to find out that shrinkflation has hit Five Guys and it will change how often we eat out here. Five Guys has always served their fries in the white paper cups, but I’m sad to say they have swapped them out for tinier parchment paper bags, not only lessening the portions you receive, but making you pay more for less. This place has always been a bit pricey, but it was always worth it for the amount of extra fries you got in the bag; not saying they still don’t give you a lot, but the portion difference with the bags compared to the cups is noticeable. Please stop charging us the same prices for smaller portion sizes.
