Five Guys

Shout out to the manager over at 5 GUYS Hanover! I was waiting for my order for some time when he approached me and asked me what I was waiting for. When I told him my order, I saw him walk over to the bag and look at the clock. He came over to me and said I was still waiting on fries, but it’s been a little bit and offered to make me some new burgers. I Ask him how long ago I ordered, and he walked back over to the bag. He looked at the bag, looked at the clock, and threw the cheeseburgers in the trash. He came over to me and said I came here with expectations of fresh cheeseburgers, And he’s making sure I get what I expect. You can’t teach that! Beyond satisfied with the level of service, I got there tonight! Thank you!

Get my regular cheeseburger onions pickles ketchup. Always enjoy every bite. Except tonight. There was too much ketchup and oil with grilled onions. Turn out so soggy, roll was wet all the way thru. I ended up taking it apart scapping all the ketchup onions off. Threw away roll and toasted some bread. Please take this as a way to improve...not criticism. Again the only time I was disappointed.

Awesome milkshakes! The hot dogs are split then grilled 🤤🌭, and the Cajun fries are sooo good! Even if they are a bit messy. The staff wasn't the most pleasant bunch, but my food was hot, fresh, and tasty nonetheless 😋

Overall the place is really clean and provides a good burger. My only complaint is on price! I could do a sit down dinner for the same cost if not less money. I will continue to come here now and again but I would return more often if the prices were adjusted. As a store the Hanover store does an exceptional job and I know they do not control prices that is why I gave them 5 stars instead of 4 for the pricing.

Ordered my whole family and our buns were so stale they literally were falling apart. I spent $74 for stale bread. I come Here maybe 3 times a year so not very happy about this.
