Customer Reviews
Five Guys is always a solid choice for fresh, made-to-order burgers and fries. The burgers are juicy, customizable, and loaded with toppings at no extra charge, which really sets them apart. The fries are generous, hot, and perfectly seasoned — one order is more than enough to share. The atmosphere is casual and family-friendly, and service is usually fast and efficient. Free peanuts while you wait are a fun touch (just note the peanut oil). If you’re craving a classic, no-frills burger done right, Five Guys delivers every time.
They are always 5 Stars, but tonight I was running behind and they still made sure everything was hot and fresh despite it being closing time. I was greeted with smiles and pleasant personalities regardless of the the time and the restaurant already being prepped for closing. I wish I could give 10 stars!
The atmosphere and the standards for this five guys wasn't what I expected from a five guys store. I have a history of working for five guys and it doesn't match the standards I was taught, there was food around the fry prep and cooking area, they never asked or checked up on how I was doing and I was shorted fries. I got a Large and a regular fry, they were limp undercooked and greasy. I don't know if standards changed but I'm sure there is suppose to be an extra scoop with my fries, that's what they are known for, their famous burgers and fries. I was going to get two double bacon cheese burgers but decided not to because of the service I was receiving. It was not giving that come back and see ya next time feeling. Disappointed..
Fast and friendly, as always! I always get the double patty cheeseburger and share a regular fry and a large drink with my husband, it is plenty of food! Their burgers are sooooo good! Pricey but worth it! The regular fry is more than enough for a couple. You can eat their complimentary peanuts while you wait for your food!
Five guys food is the best anyway, but this location is always full of smiling and friendly employees who seem to actually like their job. It's pretty wild to see that in a fast food type place.
