They are back to skimping on the fries again. Ordered a regular fry, received 260 grams of fries. The website says a regular fry is 411 grams. I’m already spending close to $30 for a burger/fry plus tip. The food tastes great, but the least you can do is make sure your employees know how to serve fries the right way. Might have to order large size to get the correct amount for a regular fry
I’m putting 4 stars because of the outrageous prices. The food is good, but not deserving of those high prices! The interior had a nice vibe and was clean. The two men working were very nice and personable and professional. The food was good but greasy- I got a grilled cheese, regular fries, and a sweet tea. It was over $17! I just couldn’t believe the prices. They did seem to respect vegetarian items like the grilled cheese, as there was no meat from the grill on it nor did it taste of it, which I highly appreciated. I just probably will not come back due to the prices, but I’d still recommend someone to try it out themselves.
1st time going. Staff and manager were very helpful and friendly. Getting to add to your burgers at no extra fee and cooked to perfection. Fries were a little salty for my taste.
Not sure why when you pay $9 for a large fry they ask "are you sure? It feeds 4 people." Then when you say yeah and see the amount they give you. How does this feed 4 people? This location absolutely sucks and is so inconsistent with their portions. $22 or a burger and fries. Can go right down the street and get the same size/quality burger and fries for half the price at Joe's Market and other restaurants around. Thanks for ripping me off again guys. Won't be back!
Service is solid and friendly. Food is expensive and just OK. Everyone is thrilled with the giant amount of fries.... But not so exciting if they are just OK fries - but that is a personal taste thing for sure. Place was clean and ordering was easy. Really pricey for slightly upscale fast food.
