Five Guys

Walking in, I was greatedwith a HUGE glass pickle jar with the word, "TIPS" in CAPITOL LETTERS. And if that's not hint enough, when I was paying with credit card, the very 1st thing to pop up was a TIP page with 4 different TIP options of how much t o tip. So NOW, a 2nd time. I'm being asked to tip BEFORE I receive service of any kind, my order isn't complete, food not made, certainly not served or eaten, and I'm being asked to tip. I thought tipping was for exceptional service, optional, AND for ppl that make only $2.42 an hour. Oh--I was met with a HUFF when the cashier realized I tipped zero. Once my food was made, it was set on the counter and they called for #55. Three times and for 3 minutes, they called for #55. The food sat there getting cold, I was 56. They told me that it w

Friendly, fast n finger lickin good! Of course all 5 guys are pretty expensive n for me n the wife was a Lil over $30. But their burgers are amazing n fries are the best! Especially the bag fries!

Went in to pick up dinner. Rulis took my order and cooked it all. She was friendly and the food was excellent. She’s a very talented member of the team and deserves high praises!

That peanut butter shake is worth every penny! Fries are always hot & salty. The burgers are huge & fresh. Pictured is a 'little cheeseburger' My kid ate half of it & a handful of fries & was full.

The food speaks for itself, though the music is too loud to hear them call out the numbers. The choice of music isn't easy to listen to either. Got the food, Greenwood five guys is 100 times better, but I'm sure with time this place will get better. Suggestion: make sure the cheese is melted before serving. Meat was over cooked but I contribute that to inexperience. They were also out of pickles LOL
