Five Guys

I’ve been dining with this Five Guys for many years now. In the past, I’ve had nothing but good things to say. I’ve always loved the burgers and fries and shakes. The process and ingredients and price make it a preferred take out destination when I’m not able to cook or want to get something nice for my family. Tonight, and the last few trips, have been disappointing. The fries have been extremely bitter. Either the oil needs to be changed more regularly, they are being cooked too long, sitting out too long, or improperly seasoned. It could even be a possibility of a combination of the issues listed above. I want bring this to the attention of the owner. If we keep getting bad fries that I feel like I need to drench in ketchup to eat, I might have to find another burger joint to make my

THIS PLACE USED TO BE GREAT UNTIL NEW MANAGERS CAME TO THIS LOCATION .. THEY SHOULD pride THEMSELVES on THE WAY THEY BEHAVE and should have custmer service excellence.. if a customer or a vendor or a driver walks into that location I never have seen them talk to anybody appropriately almost as if they're judging people and they're better than them when really they're paying their bills don't forget no matter how much the customer annoys you it's still your responsibility to be kind to them as a manager and then that trickles down to your employees .. I personally have witnessed it first hand. Every person deserves to be treated with kindness .. that is basic basic knowledge... I have been coming to this five guys for a long time they usually nice with big smiling face which is makes me go even more but today , I had terrible experience with the one of worker , his name is Fernando. He came to me with all his anger and yelled at me for using the restroom and almost attack me physically.When I ask the matter ,even though I left the restroom clean as I found it. He doesn’t want anyone use the restroom after 7pm he thinks it’s extra job for them , which is they close at 10pm , so I took my order and left till than he was still angry to see new customer and me. For this insulting I could call the police and go after which there is camera everywhere . But I want to give you one more chance. Let see

Great Service, First time in five guys great communication, Alexis help me a lot, he’s so nice, humble, I really like this guy offer me fries, drinks or milkshake which I can’t resist and order a meal, food really good, fast food, dinning room clean great store Definitely worth 1 hour drive and also definitely come back!!

Not sure what happened today. Usually the food is soo good you an eat it an hour later. My burger today was extremely dry, the onions were not caramelized, chopped dry onion. Very disappointed.
