Five Guys

I like to come here somewhat regularly as a lot of Five Guys no longer carry Coffee Milkshakes but this location still does. When they are very busy the fries can be rushed and not as good as other places but the cleanliness and service make up for it. I really like this place all things considered. Also a special thanks to the girl with dyed hair and piercings, and the white guy with short brown hair and a black uniform. Both of them were very kind to me today and remade a milkshake for me.

Too expensive for a regular burguer. I spent $20 just a bacon cheese, little fries (too greasy)and regular coke. It was good but not great!!

I've been to this location plenty of times. It's always a mess. Floor is greasy, tables are always greasy. Drinks from the Coke Freestyle machine are hit or miss regarding which flavors are out. I only go here in a pinch. Food is consistently good. Staff are usually friendly and helpful though there are a few folks that seem to be NPCs and have only the basic verbal communication skills.

Honestly I've tossed the receipt have no pics... No need for me to follow up anymore. I have nothing to gain,just an honest review. Haven't been in a long time probally won't be back in awhile. Burger was nothing great under cooked for sure, fries were plentiful fries themself were small and obviously the bottom of the batch, tables and floor were dirty all while the staff was bragging about how hard they were working... 3 customers in front of me nobody behind me 8 pm , Be well HNY !*

Disappointing experience. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with multiple add ons, but several items were missing including the bacon. This isn’t a one time issue either, on a previous order, items were missing as well. It’s frustrating to pay, take time to make all these customizations and not receive them. Consistency and attention to orders really need improvement. Edit 1/7/25: I was contacted by their district manager regarding my feedback and I was assured that they will do their best to prevent such incidents in the future. This really shows that they care about their customers. Very much appreciated. I will definitely be going back to this location again.
