The restaurant was very dirty. I understand that it may have been busy, but there was food and drinks spilled everywhere, and this location is overall just not a place I would never want to sit in. It also took forever to get our order, that we placed online. Our phone said the order completed at 6:40, and we didn’t receive it until after 7:10. I believe what happened was that they only finished part of our order, which wasn’t even that big to begin with. Because part of the order was presumingly sitting out for over half an hour, the quality wasn’t the best by the time we actually received everything. The employees were difficult to communicate with and it was hard to figure out if they just skipped over our order or not. I would not go back to this location due to the inadequate service,

Love Five Guys. This particular location was attached to the mall but still had an entrance from the outside. Food was good. Lots of bag fries as always.

Food was meh not something I expected from a Five guys. Staff took 6 minutes to take our order than an almost 15 minute wait before I got my burger. Lots of people just standing around the place didnt feel like a great environment.

Mike at Five Guys was awesome — super nice, quick, and made sure I was taken care of right away. You can tell he actually cares about the customers. Definitely deserves a raise for the way he handles people and keeps things running smooth.💯💯👌🏽🙌🏽🫡👍🏽🕊️
