Five Guys

Can’t go wrong with a Five Guys burger! Consistent quality, always delicious, and lots of topping choices. Service can be a bit slower since the burgers are fresh made to order, but it’s worth the wait. The free roasted peanuts while you wait are a nice touch.

Prices have gone up and the management at this location is lacking; hence the drop in consistency with their product. Literally saw one guy running the entire back of house while the manager would just pop in and out to take orders. All while 2 others were doing the bare minimum. You know things are messed up when someone comes out from the back at 9 at night to grab another bag of potatoes to prep more fries. If I'm spending this much on burgers and fries now; then I might as well go somewhere that actually serves a good portion size or at least fills the cup they're using to portion? Fries were mostly the scraggly left over bits and soggy. Picture is attached for reference for regular fries. This is probably the saddest five guys meal I've had. Probably my last too.

I ordered two burgers today and this is what one of them looked like on the inside (I uploaded photos of the burger in the photos section). When I called to complain, the manager insisted that her cook would NEVER leave pink in a burger, as if I was lying about it. This burger looked absolutely raw in certain areas and I discovered this after I took a few bites. So now I get to wait and see if I get food poisoning for the next few hours. A fun experience at five guys in Burke...

I ordered a large fries and they gave me in the medium bag. I have been to other Five Guys and they don't use these small bags but big ones. Small bag = small portion. This is scam.

I am a new fan of Five Guys. I love this place. The burgers are always perfect and the employees are friendly and in a great mood. I love the open kitchen concept, it’s lovely to hear the staff have a good time as they prepare meals for customers. The mountain of fries is crazy! I enjoy the fries but there are so many of them! Five Guys is now my favorite fast food burger spot. I order a one patty burger and it’s enough for me. I like that it’s completely made to order and that the lettuce is always crispy. I’ve only had one kinda soggy tomato in the umpteen times I’ve eaten there this spring. I’ve rediscovered it and love it. The shakes are great too. It’s def in the Friday night family rotation now.
